Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 150” Fan and line 2lb Loaf Tim (I buy loaf tin liners) Cream butter/sugar, add eggs and mix well, add bananas mix again, Stir in flour Bicarbonate and nuts/chocolate chips. Turn into a lined 2lb Loaf tin. Bake 45-50mins until just firm. Cool in tin then turn out onto wire rack
