Instructions
Step 1
Put sugar, butter, salt, and sugar & nutmeg in bowl.
Pour hot milk over and stir.
Add beaten eggs and one cup flour.
Cool to warm and then add yeast and the rest of the flour.
Knead until not sticky.
Let rise until double in size.
Put on floured counter. Spread out with you hands.
Put soft butter on it. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on it. Then poppyseed filling.
Roll and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 for 15 min then reduce 350 until lightly browned.
