Step 1
Roll out pastry place the Brie in the centre then cut into a square shape . Cut a v at the top as this will be folded over the point of the Brie . Then cut strips in the side diagonally and straight as you come to the end . Cut a little flap at the and to fold over the end of the Brie

Remove the Brie and spread the jam over the centre of the pastry then put the Brie on top and start wrapping each section towards the middle then fold the flap on the bottom until it resembles a tree shape . Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200 c fan setting / 400 f for about 20 minutes or until golden
