Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients well keeping 2T of pistachios for deco. Add condensed milk slowly, using a glove combine mixture until in holds in clumps between fingers. Make 16 balls. Place in fridge until cold.
Step 2
Melt choc w 1 T oil in a bain marie.
Step 3
Dip each ball in chocolate and roll it until covered. Place back in fridge until chocolate has cooled.
Step 4
Use remaining chocolate in a piping bag to make decoration on top add remaining pistachios immediately. Allow to cool. Can keep in airtight container for up to two weeks.
