Instructions
Yeast Mixture
Step 1
Mix warm water and instant dry yeast together and let sit until it foams.



Tangzhong Mixture
Step 2
Mix water, milk and flour in a sauce pot on medium low heat until is forms a paste.




Dry Ingredients

Mix together flour, sugar and salt until combined




Dry + Wet Ingredients
Step 4
In the bowl with the dry ingredients add 1 whole egg, the yeast mixture, the tangzhong, and unsalted butter. Mix until combined on medium speed.


Bowl Yeast

Flour a clean surface and kneed dough into a ball.
Step 6
Spray oil into a bowl and add the dough. Letting it rest until it rises. About 2 hours.
The Ending
Step 7
Cut dough into equal parts, about 9 balls, (if you want more make them smaller).
Step 8
Let rise again for about 30 minutes. After puffed add egg-wash.


Step 9
Set oven to 350 and let bake for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Once golden brown drown rolls in honey butter.
