This is one of the most delicious custard pies you will ever taste and one ot the easiest to make. The tart cherries give it the perfect texture and it's not overly sweet. Perfection in every bite.

Pre heat oven 350• Drain cherries in mesh strainer, set on paper towels to absorb excess liquid, and pat dry as much as possible as to no transfer any liquid onto the pie shell. Once dry, spread cherries over prebaked pie shell and set aside.
