Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Bake the phyllo cups 3-5 minutes, set aside
Step 3
Toss the shrimp in the seasonings and olive oil
Step 4
Lay in a single layer on a sheetpan and bake 10-12 minutes until shrimp are opaque, let cool

Mix the sour cream, lime juice, zest, and more salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Put a small dollop of the sour cream in each phyllo cup, about 1/2 tablespoon. But don’t overfill. Top each with a shrimp
Step 7
Top with a sprinkle of salt and a sprinkle of lime zest and serve immediately
