Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (gas) or 450°F (fan) on the broil setting.

2. Wash and slice the red bell pepper and chop the arugula. Slice or grate the cheese.

3. Add the cream cheese, turkey cold cuts, red pepper, and cheese on top of the sourdough bread.
Step 4
4. Broil the open-faced sandwiches for about 5-10 minutes in the oven until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Top with the arugula.
