Instructions
Step 1
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water till forming, mix in salt and oil, I didn't measure the flour, I just added in while mixing till the dough became thick and sticky, add more oil and roll it into a smooth dough. Cover with a hot towel till it become double.
Step 2
Mix butter, garlic mince, salt, olive oil and oregano or other herbs you like, roll out the dough into a big piece of thin sheet on a tray, spread the butter mixture all over, add cheese on top, put in a cold oven, 200 degree bake till cheese becomes brown.
