¼ cupapple juice

1 tablespoonbrown sugar

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

½ teaspoonmustard powder

For the sliders:

Combine apple juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Place the pork pieces in the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
Step 4
Close the lid and set the valve to "sealing."
Step 5
Cook on Manual High Pressure for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 7
Transfer the cooked pork to a plate and shred it with two forks.
Step 8
Place the slider bun in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm it up (optional).

Spread a tablespoon of BBQ sauce on the bottom bun.

Top with the shredded pork, coleslaw, pickles, and other toppings (if desired).
