Instructions
Step 1
Cut Butt into 3-4 Chunks
Step 2
Mix and apply dry rub to BBQ
Step 3
Put Chicken stock in instant pot
Step 4
Add meat and remaining ingredients to instant pot
Step 5
Pressure cook on high for 65 minutes
Step 6
Allow natural release till the pressure valve falls down
Step 7
BBQ should fall apart when taken out. Add more seasoning if desired
