Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan, saute cubed chicken.



Step 3
Melt butter & add flour, stirring constantly. Cook for approximately 2 mins.


Step 4
Add salt, pepper & thyme. Slowly add chicken broth while stirring constantly. Add half & half, heat through to thicken. Add frozen peas & carrots, heat until warmed through.






Step 5
Place chicken mixture in 9" pie plate.

Step 6
Stir together Bisquick, milk & egg until blended. top chicken mixture.




Step 7
Bake 30 mins or until golden brown.
