Instructions
Step 1
Oven 350. Mix glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook onion until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 sec. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Mix eggs, thyme, salt, pepper, dijon, worchestershire, and yogurt in a bowl. In a lg. bowl, combine meat, egg mixture, breadcrumbs, parsley, and onion mixture with hands. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Form into a loaf on a sheet pan. Brush with glaze, reserving at least half.
Step 5
Bake until 160, approximately 1 hr. (for 1 loaf, 1.5 hrs. for 2). About 20 min. before finishing brush again with second coat of glaze. Cool 20 min. before slicing.
