Step 1
Sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes in the olive oil. Add diced tomatoes and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Blend with a hand blender. Simmer 30 minutes or longer if desired. May need to add water if it becomes too dry. I added 1 lb browned ground meat and simmered for 1 hour. Add 1 tablespoons butter right before serving
