Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat and add onion and jalapeno. Cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Then add the Garlic and heat for an additional minute.
Step 2
While that is heating up combine all other ingredients with the exception of the peaches and Peach Crown Royal and bring to bubbling simmer.
Step 3
When mix is simmering combine the onion, jalapeño and garlic and let simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add peaches and the 1/2 cup of Peach Crown Royal and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
Step 5
At this time take a immersion blender and purée entire pot until smooth.
Step 6
Bring to low boil and then reduce over medium heat until desired thickness. We cooked ours for about five minutes
