Instructions

Step 1
For the dry ingredients, mix all the flour, psyllium husk, salt, and whisk. For the wet ingredients, add to your mixing bowl, 1 1/2 cups, hot water, honey and stir, then sprinkle yeast, allow to activate for 7 minutes. Next ad one egg, 2 cups of flour attached the dough hook and mix, gradually add in the other egg and the rest of the flour. Get a 15x10 sheet pan lined with parchment paper and scrape the dough onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle dough with a little tapioca flour and use a small, rolling pin and roll it out, then shape the rest with your hands to the shape of the pan, spray with avocado oil and gently push your fingers throughout the dough but not all the way through. Proof for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven, cool for 10 minutes or so and drizzle with olive oil.
