Cuban green sauce
This is basically an interpretation of a Cuban green sauce that I enjoy. If you want more actual spice, you can add more jalapenos, or you could add more raw garlic at the end when you go to blend.

Instructions
Step 1
Roast the peppers and half of the garlic on a cookie sheet. I usually use the broil function at the end to get a little char. When removing from the oven, throw the peppers and garlic in a plastic ziploc to sweat them.
Step 2
Remove the pepper stems and throw them and all of the garlic (including the raw) into a blender with the other ingredients. Keep adding oil, mayo and salt until you get the desired consistency.
