Instructions
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients excluding tofu, lemon juice, vanilla and chia then bring them to a boil
Step 2
Add the tofu, lemon juice and vanilla then blend until smooth
Step 3
Add more sweetener if needed and the chia seeds
Step 4
Stir and pour into ramekins or small jars
Step 5
Refrigerate overnight
