No Bake Fruit Tart (dairy free)

This tart is so delicious, it’s vegan, raw, gluten free. You can use any seasonal fruit you like :)

Ingredients
8 servings
Crust:

2 cupsalmonds

1 ½ cupswalnuts

5medjool dates
pitted and soak in water for 10 minutes then drain

¼ tspCeltic Sea Salt

¼ tspcinnamon
Filling:

1 ½ cupcashews
soaked in hot water for 20 mins then drain

3dates

2 tablespoonmaple syrup

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

sea salt
Celtic, Blend until smooth
Topping:
Instructions
Step 1
Add all your crust ingredients into a food processor and pulse into it forms into a crumbly texture. Add to a pie or tart dish and use your hands to pat down into the dish. Into a blender add all your filling ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 2
To a large bowl, add all the topping fruit ingredients and gently mix together.
Step 3
Add your filling into the pie crust and use a spoon to spread out until smooth and top with fruit mixture.
Step 4
Pop in fridge for several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
