Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Spray a dutch oven pan generously with oil
Step 3
Add in roast and beef broth and wine
Step 4
Cover the roast and cook till half way done
Step 5
Add in potatoes and cover again, continue to cook till potatoes are done.
Step 6
Add in carrots and onion, and cook uncovered till carrots are tender.
