Coconut Milk

Not only is this coconut milk easy to make, but it is also delicious! It is important to avoid added thickeners in the first phase of the Endometriosis Diet Plan. Most store-bought coconut milks contain ingredients such as guar gum that may worsen your symptoms. Tips: Use full-day, not reduced-fat, coconut flakes. It is best to use filtered water to avoid ingestion of chlorine and other contaminants. Chlorine can be irritating to your gut and add to your toxic load. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
