Instructions
Step 1
Preheat iven to 375°F. Grate peel and squeeze juice from 1 lemon. Cut remaning lemon into slices.

Step 2
Combine lemon peel, lemom juice, butter, honey, garlic, rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper in small bowl; mix well.

Step 3
Combine chicken, potatoes, and lemon slices in large bowl. Pour butter mixture over chicken, potatoes, and lemon; toss to coat. Areange in single layer on largw rimmed baking sheet or in shallow roasting pan


Step 4
Roast about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender ans chicken is cooked through (165°F). Cover loosely with foil if chicken skin is becoming too dark.
