Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a
medium heat, and cook the chicken for
about 5 minutes or until brown on all sides,
Place the chicken in the bowl of your slow
cooker.
Step 2
Place the remaining ingredients, apart from
the coriander, into the saucepan and bring
to the boil, then pour this sauce over the
chicken in the slow cooker.
Step 3
Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low,
or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Season to taste and serve garnished with
chopped coriander.
