Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into small cubes
Step 2
Combine flour and pepper in large Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Shake until chicken is evenly coated with flour
Step 3
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken (approximately 2 minutes on each side).
Step 4
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, and pepper flakes in small bowl. Pour over the chicken
Step 5
Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
Step 6
Add Cashews on top and serve over rice.
