Heat microwaveable rice packets
Step 2
Chill rice in fridge until required
Cook
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 180Ëš
Step 4
Cook scrambled eggs (low & slow)
Step 5
Dice onions
Step 6
Mince garlic
Combine
Step 7
Combine everything (melted butter, scrambled eggs, frozen mixed vegetables, onion, garlic, chilled rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil) stirring every 5 mins.
