Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Cover bottom of baking pan with aluminum foil with enough to fold over the top of pan.
Step 3
Place corn flake crumbs, seasonings, and cheese into bowl.
Step 4
Place egg whites into another bowl. Coat chicken in egg whites with one hand and then coat in cornflake breadcrumb mixture with other hand on both sides and place onto pan. Repeat with other chicken breast.
Step 5
Cover chicken with aluminum foil over top of pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
Step 6
Lightly spray olive oil cooking spray on chicken. Return to oven for additional 5 minutes.
