Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, sour cream, mayo, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, the mustard, and pepper. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 2
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
