250gground masala
roasted

2onions
chopped

2 tbspsoil

400mlcoconut milk

40 mLlemon juice

1 tspsalt

1 tsphot chilli powder

1 tspsugar
1 Tbspgarlic-ginger-green chilli paste

½ tsptamarind concentrate
Instructions
Step 1
Pressure cook mutton with 1 cup water and 1 tsp salt, for 15 mins after 1st whistle
Step 2
In a large deep pan, saute onions in oil, then add 125g masala and fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add mutton with gravy, and then another 125g masala, coconut milk, lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, hot chilli powder, sugar. Cook for 10 mins on high
