My version of goat korma in the instant pot. I like to make the gravy in a pan and then add it to the instant pot. This recipe requires a meat masala mix.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped onions
Step 2
Cook until they are slightly browned and caramelized
Step 3
Add ginger and garlic paste to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Now add your spices and cook until fragrant. If sticking to the pan add some more oil.
Step 5
Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes and cook until the mixture turns a deep red. About five minutes.
Step 6
Add goat to the instant pot
Step 7
Now add your onion tomato mixture from the pan
Step 8
Pour in 1 cup of water
Step 9
Close the lid of your instant pot and seal
Step 10
Set to manual high pressure for six minutes
Step 11
Once pressure has released naturally, open the lid and add heavy cream
Step 12
Add salt to taste and garnish with cilantro
