Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the Water, Sugar, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Nutmeg in a big pan

nutmegnutmeg½ tsp
cinnamoncinnamon1 tsp
Step 2
Medium heat, non stop stirring until boil.
Step 3
Add Nuts and my mix.
Step 4
Add Baking Soda and mix. It will rise, be careful to not spill or touch. (HOT CARAMEL)
Step 5
Keep mixing until it starts to crumble.
Step 6
Transfer the nuts to a greased baking pan.
Step 7
10 min in the pre-heated oven (180°C)
Step 8
Take it out, stir, then again for 5 more minutes.
