Ingredients

2 poundsground beef
1onion
medium, chopped
1 x 15 ouncescan black beans
rinsed and drained
1 tablespoonschili powder
2 tablespoonsground cumin
⅓ teaspoonsalt
4flour tortillas
6 inches
1 x 10 ouncescondensed cream of mushroom soup
can, undiluted
1 x 10 ouncescan diced tomatoes and green chiles
undrained
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the beans, chili powder, cumin and salt
Step 2
Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange tortillas over the top. Combine soup and tomatoes; pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 3
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
