Kodiak Casserole - Instant Pot

Egg noodles with ground beef, cheese and a few other interesting ingredients makes a saucy, hearty pasta dish. An easy Instant Pot recipe.

Instructions

Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the ground beef and break it up. Add in the onions, celery, and mushrooms. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Sprinkle in the egg noodles evenly. Then dump the green chiles, tomato sauce, picante sauce, bbq sauce and Worcestershire on top. Don’t stir.

Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes then move valve to venting to release any remaining pressure. Remove the lid.
