Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle a small amount of garlic salt onto the salmon and cook as per instructions on packet.
Step 2
Once cooked, remove skin and flake the salmon
Step 3
Chop and boil 1 sweet potato
Step 4
Drain water and mash sweet potato
Step 5
Add sweet potato to flaked salmon.
Step 6
Sprinkle some dried parsley into mix
Step 7
Add 1 medium egg
Step 8
Add breadcrumbs (approx 50g) and blend until you have a thick consistency that you can shape.
Step 9
Cook on 180 degrees celcius for 17 minutes
