Warm and comforting chowder is even better with the bright colour and flavour of sweet potatoes and salmon. The touch of lemon brightens the flavour even more. Serve with a slice of whole grain bread and a green salad for a complete meal.

Good. Used regular potatoes...which should be microwaved a minute before adding to soup. Went light on lemon due to previous comments and was happy with the flavor balance.

This was very good. I think I'll use less lemon zest and juice next time, though. NO CORN NEXT TIME!

Made these changes (was not bland) 1) added vegetable broth instead of water 2)reg potatoes (was out of sweet) 3) left skins on salmon (used frozen fillets) (Zucchini in addition to corn) *Wish I had had cilantro*

I found this fairly bland. I may make it again, but would be adding more spices, salmon and vegetables to add flavour.
