Cut French bread diagonally both ways, but not clear through. Place this in boat-shaped foil. Combine 2 sticks melted butter, onion, seasoned salt, poppy seeds, mustard, and lemon juice. Drizzle this mixture down into the sliced bread. Combine Swiss cheese and mushrooms, stuff this mixture into bread. Bake at 350 with top open, until cheese melts (10 minutes). This freezes well.
