Instructions

Step 1
Season ground chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, chicken powder, green onion and ginger. Mix together.
Step 2
Place into wonton wrappers and close by lining with water. Form intona wonton.
Step 3
Make the broth by combining green onion, cilantro, 2tsps soy sauce, 1tsp chinese vinegar, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp chili crisps, 1tsp giner, 1tsp chicken powder, dash white pepper, 1/4tsp sugar. Add in water from boiling the wontons.
Step 4
Boil the wontons until they float.
