Roasted Tenderstem Broccoli

This is a very simple roasted tenderstem broccoli dish with plenty of tahini and dukkah. I could eat this on repeat, it is so delicious! Ingredients: 1 pack of tenderstem broccoli 1 tbsp tahini 1/2 a lemon 1/2-1 tsp of agave (to taste) Salt and water 1 tbsp dukkah Method: Drizzle the broccoli in olive oil and roast with enough space apart for 20 minutes at 200C. Meanwhile, mix together tahini drizzle ingredients, adding water last to achieve a good consistency. Pour over the broccoli and finish with dukkah!

Instructions

Step 1
