Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat deep frier or oven to 400 degrees (grease a baking sheet of using oven)
Step 2
Put the carrots, lentils, cauliflower, rice, and garlic in a food processor and grind to a fine chop
Step 3
Add eggs, cheese, and seasoning. Add bread crumbs but leave 1/3 cup set aside
Step 4
Use a spoon to form your nuggets to the desired shape.
Step 5
Roll in bread crumbs.
Step 6
Cook in deep frier for 4-5 min or bake for 30 min until light golden brown.
