melted

½ cupgranulated sugar

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

1 ¾ cupsall purpose flour

3 teaspoonsbaking powder

1 ½ teaspoonscinnamon

Banana bread loaf
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with crisco
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, butter and sugar and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly, then add dry ingredients; flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Step 4
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan
Streusel Topping
Step 5
Combine flour, butter and sugar until crumbly.
Step 6
Sprinkle evenly on top of batter in loaf pan
Baking instructions
Step 7
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
