Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Filling: 1. Cook the spinach in a pan until defrosted and soft (about 5 minutes) then strain and squeeze out the excess water. 2. Sautee crushed garlic gloves in olive oil until fragrant. 3. Add spinach and a pinch of salt and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until the spinach darkens in color (5-8 minutes) 4. Strain out excess oil from the spinach. Dough: 5. Roll out the dough lengthwise. 6. Grease and flour the cookie sheet 7. Spread the spinach over one side of the dough and then sprinkle the olives, cheese, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper ontop of the spinach. 8. Fold the dough over to cover the spinach. Then crimp down the ends on the 3 open sides. Bake: 9. Bake on center rack for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
