Chop onions and bell pepper

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and fry onions and minced meat until pale in colour

Add chopped bell pepper

Fry for 2 minutes

Season with stock cube and scotch bonnet

Allow for 3 mins and set aside

Preheat your oven to the highest heat (250°c)

Flour surface and knead pizza dough
Step 9
Roll and cut with a 3.8" cookie cutter
Step 10
Line cupcake pan with the dough
Step 11
Brush with sauce of choice
Step 12
Fill with mozzarella cheese and the meat filling
Step 13
Cover again with more cheese
Step 14
Bake for 15 mins
