Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles until al dente
Step 2
Cool ground beef, sprinkle in au jus to meat. Add in veggies and sauté until soft
Step 3
Add beef broth and Alfredo sauce, stir and simmer until thick. Add cheese and seasonings.
Step 4
Once thick, turn off heat and add Greek yogurt
Step 5
Assembled bowls get 0.5 cups cooked pasta, 1 cup meat sauce, sprinkle mozzarella
