Step 1
Boil water. Add salt. Cook pasta for 7 mins. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water
Step 2
In a pan, add olive oil and cook vegs until soft. Then make space in the pan and add beef and spices until browned. Then add cheeses yogurt and pasta water and mix until all combined and melted
