Instructions
Step 1
Peel your three potatoes.
Wash your potatoes. Cut them into slices. Put the potatoes in a bowl.
Take your coriander and wash it.
Cut it into small pieces and put in the potatoes. Take your garlic.
Remove the skin of the garlic. Wash the garlic and squiz the garlic in the potatoes also with the coriander. Add salt.
Add chili flakes if desire.
Add the mixed spices.
Now mix the potatoes well with the ingredients. After mixing add the potatoes in the deep fryer for 10 min 350 degrees F. Let the potatoes fry.
Now prepare your ketchup. After your fries are done cooking put it in a plate and the ketchup and enjoy.
