1 TbsLight Soy Sauce
½ TbsChicken Powder

Instructions
Step 1
Dice some garlic, transfer to a small plate; Clean green beans with water and break them into small segments (roughly 4-5 inches long), set aside.
Step 2
Heat up frying oil in a pot until temperature reaches around 375 °F, gently put green beans in the oil to fry on medium heat for several minutes until green beans are slight blistered. Remove from hot oil to drain.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add in diced garlic, black bean sauce to mix. Further put in blistered green beans to mix. Lastly, drizzle light soy sauce and chicken powder to taste, remove from the heat and serve warm.
