Instructions
Step 1
Using a large pan, spray with nonstick spray.
Step 2
On medium heat, toss in cut chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is almost cooked.
Step 3
Add in spinach and mushrooms. Stir all ingredients together and let veggies cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and serve.
