Instructions
Step 1
Before baking, sprinkle some salt, pepper and lemon zest on top of each thigh
Step 2
Air fry at 390ºF for 20 minutes (bone-in) or until chicken reaches 165ºF internal temp
Boneless chicken thighs should be fully cooked after about 18 minutes in an air fryer preheated to 400 degrees F.
Step 3
If you have an olive oil spray, you can even give your thighs a final spray on top for a crispier finish. This is optional.
