diced
28 ozcanned peeld tomatoes in juice

4tomatoes

2 cvegetable broth

½ csalted butter

1 chalf and half

Salt

pepper

thyme

Instructions
Step 1
In a large stockpot, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 min or until brown
Step 2
Add tomatoes, canned tomatoes w juice, broth, and butter. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer. Uncovered for 20 mins. Add the basil and puree w immersion blender
Step 3
Stir in cream. Season to taste and serve
