Instructions
Step 1
Boil your potatoes for about 45 mins or until soft, drain and remove the skin.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash your potatoes, add flour, corn starch and a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 3
Mix everything until y you form a smooth ball.
Step 4
Take a small piece of dough and use your hand to form some little balls and place them on a plate.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil to 170C/350F and fry your potato bubbles for about 5/6 mins or until crispy.
Step 6
Drain and serve with some more salt and paprika.
