Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
To a 9x13 baking dish add the rice and broth and mix together.
Step 3
In a bowl Mix together the oil, chicken, onion, peppers and fajita seasoning. Add on top of the rice. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
Step 4
Uncover, top with cheese and put back in the oven 5 minutes to melt.
Step 5
Serve with salsa, avocado, and sour cream
